Recipe Ingredients for Banana bread with chocolate chips

1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 medium bananas, mashed
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana bread with chocolate chips

  1. combine oil & sugar.

  2. Add eggs and mix well.

  3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a seperate bowl.

  4. Gradually add to creamed mixture alternating with bananas.

  5. Stir in chocolate chips (or carrots and pecans).

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 - 65 minutes.
