Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread with chocolate chips

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup banana
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread with chocolate chips

  1. Cream sugar and butter, beat in egggs one at a time. Add mashed bananas and blend in.

  2. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, powder and chocolate chips. Add to banana mixture to moisten.

  3. Greased loaf pan, bake 350 for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes and place on cake rake to cool.
