Recipe Ingredients for Banana bread with choc chips

1 3/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
3/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1 cup, sliced Bananas
4 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Banana bread with choc chips

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x5 pan. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In separate bowl mix sugar, oil, and eggs until light and fluffy. Mix in bananas and chopped chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until firmly set approx 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on rack and remove from pan after about 10 minutes.
