Simply Delicious Moist HEALTHY Banana Muffins!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread Breakfast Muffins (High Protein)

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.88 cup Enriched Unbleached White Flour
1 scoopful Perfect Whey Protein Vanilla
1.5 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon Sugar
5 teaspoon Truvia
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 serving Syrup Maple Flavor Sugar Free Spread
0.08 serving Svelte Protein Drink
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread Breakfast Muffins (High Protein)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. 2 cups flour of choice (I use 1 cup wheat, slightly less than 1 cup white and a scoop of vanilla protein powder)

  3. 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  4. Dash of salt

  5. 2-3 tsp Cinnamon Sugar

  6. 5 Truvia Packets (I like mine sweet)

  7. ~ 3 bananas (larger side)

  8. 1/2 container 0% Fage Greek Yogurt (subs for any oil or milk)

  9. 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup

  10. 2 Tbsp Svelte French Vanilla Protein Drink

  11. 2 tsp Vanilla extract

  12. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly

  13. Add wet ingredients - don't over mix!

  14. Make sure bananas are MASHED

  15. Add a few chocolate chips or walnuts if you wanna get crazy ;)

  16. Spray donut pan with Olive Oil spray and optional* dash some cinnamon sugar over the pan

  17. Spoon in the batter

  18. Should make 14 large donuts!!!

  19. If you want to get fancy you can top with peanut butter

  20. ENJOY!!!
