Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread w/Applesauce

2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp allspice
4 medium bananas
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
3 egg whites
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread w/Applesauce

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 loaf pan w/nonstick spray. In lge bowl, comb flour, bak powder, bak soda, and allspice. In med bowl, whisk tog bananas, sugar, apple sauce, egg whites, oil and vanilla. Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

  2. Cool in pan 10 minutes.

  3. Invert onto wire rack; turn right side up. Cool completely.
