Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bran Muffins

1/2 cup flour, all purpose
1/2 cup flour, whole wheat
3 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
94 grams oat bran
1 egg
3/4 cup banana
1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/4 cup milk, 1%
2 tbsp oil, canola

Recipe Directions for Banana Bran Muffins

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in bran. Mix remaining ingredients; add all at once to flour mixture, stirring just to moisten. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes about 10 muffins.
