1 tsp Ener-G Foods Egg Replacer
3.3 oz Unsweetened Soy Milk
2 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
1.5 cup Fiber One
1 Cup Spelt Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Baking Soda
1 serving Blackstrap Molasses

Recipe Directions for Banana Bran Muffins

Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients and combine. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
