Banana oat bran muffins with chocolate morsels

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bran Muffins

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup oat bran
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup bananas
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Bran Muffins

  1. combine dry ingredients

  2. combine wet ingredients

  3. stir wet into dry just until moistened

  4. fold in banana, walnuts and chocolate chips

  5. bake 15-18 minutes at 400 degrees
