Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bran Muffins

1 1/4 c flour
1 c bran
2 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 c buttermilk
2 egg whites, beaten
1/4 c dark brown sugar
1 banana, ripe

Recipe Directions for Banana Bran Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray 12 muffin pan cups with cooking spray.

  3. In a large bowl, mix together next 4 ingredients.

  4. In a separate bowl, beat remaining ingredients.

  5. Add mixture to larger bowl, and stir until well blended.

  6. Divide mixture evenly into muffin pan cups.

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until done.
