Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bran Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat bran
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
3 bananas
3/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Banana Bran Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients

  2. In a separate bowl, mash bananas and add wet ingredients

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry

  4. Spoon into a lined, 12-muffin tin

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
