Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bran Muffins

1/4 c margarine
2 eggs
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c molasses
1 1/2 c bran
1 c flour
2 small bananas
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c skim milk

Recipe Directions for Banana Bran Muffins

Beat eggs with margarine and brown sugar. Add molasses and beat in well. Add bran, then milk. Stir in flour and baking powder with salt. Fold in the mashed bananas. Bake, in greased muffin cups at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Cool completley before putting into a tupperware container.
