Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bran Fruit Muffins

1 1/2 cups all bran
1 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups strawberries
1 nectarine
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bran Fruit Muffins

Soak all bran in milk for 10 minutes. Whisk egg, vanilla, mashed banana, brown sugar and apple sauce, then add bran. Sift dry ingredients add mix into liquid. Fold in chopped strawberries and nectarine. Bake at 375F for 18-20 minutes.
