Yummie Healthy full flavoured Protein Bread

Recipe Ingredients for Banana & Blueberry Protein Bread

2 bananas
2 eggs
300 g blueberries
1/2 cup ground almonds
60 g whey protein powder
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup honey
125 ml olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Banana & Blueberry Protein Bread

  1. Mash Bananas.

  2. Add Eggs, Oil, honey; best to use electric whisk.

  3. Add Flour, Baking Powder, Protein Powder, ground almonds and cinnamon mix throughly.

  4. Stir in blueberries.

  5. Put batter into 8" loaf tin and bake at 350 for 50 mins to 1 hour. (Cover with tim foil if top browns too quickly).

  6. Can be made with gluten free flour
