Recipe Ingredients for Banana & Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/4 cups white sugar
1/4 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup non-fat milk
1/4 cup butter without salt, melted
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Banana & Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients until just combined.

  5. Gently fold blueberries into the batter.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes.
