Low calorie banana blueberry muffins made with whole wheat flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Blueberry Muffins

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Blueberries
3 tsp Baking Powder
7 1/5 grams Baking Soda
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 serving Pure Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup Lowfat Vanilla
1 serving Lite Mixture Salt
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl beat banana, blueberries, splenda, egg, and vanilla.

  4. Stir banana mixture into flour mix until combined.

  5. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups.

  6. Bake 15-20 mins, muffins are done when toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Let cool before serving.
