Recipe Ingredients for Banana Blueberry Muffins

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Flaxseed Meal
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/3 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 large Egg, White
1/2 cup Applesauce
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cups Blueberries
3 Tbsp, packed Sugars, Brown
1 tbsp Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/8 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/16 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Banana Blueberry Muffins

  1. Mix dry, Mix wet, mix together. Fold in blueberries.

  2. Cut last 5 ingredients together and top muffins before baking. Make sure to keep butter cool so you don't end up with paste.

  3. Bake in preheated 375F oven for ~18 minutes.
