Recipe Ingredients for Banana-blueberry muffins

4 large bananas, mashed
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Banana-blueberry muffins

  1. Thoroughly mix wet ingredients.

  2. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir til combined.

  3. Pour into paper-lined muffin cups.

  4. Bake at 350F for 16mins or til done.

  5. Yield - 12
