Recipe Ingredients for Banana Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup honey
2 eggs
2 bananas, mashed
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups flour, whole wheat
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup blueberries
3/4 cup walnut pieces

Recipe Directions for Banana Blueberry Muffins

  1. Cream butter, honey and eggs.

  2. Beat in bananas.

  3. Slowly add soda, salt, and flour.

  4. When mixed good, add rolled oats.

  5. Fold in blueberries and broken walnut pieces.

  6. Use 12 muffin papers and spay them with pan spray.

  7. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin papers.

  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes, or when a toothpick inserted in the center of a middle muffin comes out clean.
