Healthy delicious blueberry muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Blueberry Muffins

1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup flax meal
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 bananas
2 tbsp 1% milk
2 cups blueberries
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Banana Blueberry Muffins

  1. Mix flour, flax meal, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in large bowl.

  2. Mash 3 overripe bananas in separate bowl. Add egg, applesauce and vanilla.

  3. Add wet to dry and add milk if necessary for consistency.

  4. Fold in blueberries.

  5. Bake at 350 for 16 minutes.
