Recipe Ingredients for Banana and Blueberry Loaf

1 1/2 cup mashed banana
100 g caster sugar
140 g Pure Apple Juice
2 eggs
125 ml low-fat milk
1 tbs light olive oil
120 g Flour Wholemeal Self Raising
120 g Flour
120 g fresh blueberries

Recipe Directions for Banana and Blueberry Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 180. Grease loaf pan with melted butter. Line with baking paper.

  2. Combine banana, sugar, apple, eggs, milk and oil in large bowl.

  3. Sift combined flours. Fold flour into banana mixture until just combined. Add blueberries.

  4. spoon mixture into pan. Bake for one hour. Allow to cool.
