Took a basic Banana muffin recipe and made it my own. Extremely delicious! Kids loved them too!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Blueberry Cranberry Muffins

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup(145 g) Blueberries
0.33 cup Dried Cranberries
0.33 cup, slivered Almonds
0.13 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Butter
0.5 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Baking Soda
0.169 oz 100% Pure Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Blueberry Cranberry Muffins

  1. Use two separate bowls - One for dry and one for wet.

  2. First squash your bananas in a bowl and then add the melted butter, egg and vanilla.

  3. Mix that up well and then add the berries and nuts to it.

  4. Combine all the other ingredients in the other bowl and ensure it is mixed well. (I just use a fork.)

  5. Then add the wet mixture to the dry and get that all mixed together well... and you are ready to add the mixture to your muffin pans.

  6. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes.
