Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bliss Pancakes

1/2 cup Whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup Barley flour
1 large Banana
1 tbs baking powder
1 cup Soy milk
1 tbs almond oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bliss Pancakes

  1. Mix Flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt.

  2. In a blender blend soy milk and 1/2 banana

  3. Add almond oil to soy banana mixture

  4. Mix with dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in the other half of the banana (diced or sliced)
