Recipe Ingredients for Banana Berry Whole Wheat Yogurt Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup thinly sliced bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Berry Whole Wheat Yogurt Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.

  2. Beat the egg and vanilla.

  3. Add all wet ingredients to dry. Blend well, but do not over stir or pancakes will be rubbery.

  4. Cook in hot non-stick frying pan or spray with Pam.

  5. Drop a few berries and slices of banana onto pancake after spooning batter into pan. Flip once. Serve Hot.
