Recipe Ingredients for Banana-berry smoothie

1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 medium banana
1/2 cup rice milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt

Use frozen berries and there will be no need for ice. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
