1 serving Udo's Oil 3 6 9 Blend
0.5 serving Shake
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup Raspberries
1 serving Source with Fruits
0.3 cup Happiest Orange

Recipe Directions for Banana Berry Smoothie

Add 6 cubes of ice, organge juice, yogurt and udo's oil, vegan protein powder to blender and pulse. add banana and berries, blend under smooth and creamy, add more berries (make sure they are frozen berries) if you'd like it thicker.
