Recipe Ingredients for Banana-Berry Smoothie

1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
0.75 cup Blueberries
0.25 cup Blackberries
1 cup Lowfat Plain
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Banana-Berry Smoothie

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender with ice (or freeze fruit beforehand).

  2. Blend to desired consistency.

  3. Pour into 2 glasses.
