Recipe Ingredients for Banana Berry Smoothie 16oz

0.5 cup Blueberries
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3 oz Original Strawberry Banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Berry Smoothie 16oz

  1. Add the following to your blender:

  2. 1/2 cup of Blueberries (frozen)

  3. 1/2 cup 2% Milk

  4. 1/2 Yoplait Strawberry Banana Yogurt (6 oz. container)

  5. 1/2 Banana (7 inch)

  6. Blend on low speed for about 20 seconds, then Liquify until smooth (30 seconds)

  7. For colder smoothie, you can freeze your fruit and or yogurt, or refrigerate after making.
