A moist alternative to banana bread

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bars

1 large Egg, Whole
100 grams Becel with Bertoli Olive Oil Margarine
0.67 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 serving 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
1.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Bars

  1. Cream the margarine and sugar in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Add the egg, vanilla and milk and stir to combine. (Mixture will look curdled)

  3. Stir in the flour and baking powder and mix until combined.

  4. Add mashed bananas and stir.

  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9x9 baking dish and bake at 325 for 30 minutes.

  6. Cool and cut into 12 pieces.
