Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bars

1 cup flour
1 T ground flax seed
1 t baking powder
1 t ground cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 t vanilla extract
1 banana
1/3 cup dried pineapple

Recipe Directions for Banana Bars

  1. set oven at 375 F and grease a baking pan

  2. combine flour, baking powder,

  3. flax seed, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.

  4. combine sugar milk oil, vanilla, egg, and vanilla in smaller bowl. Mix well.

  5. Add wet mixture to flour mixture. Mix well and add dried fruit.

  6. Spread in pan and bake 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
