Oatmeal bars (nutritial information is for the whole thing) 2 points if dividing into 12

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Baked Oatmeal

2 cups oatmeal (dry )
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup skim milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup Splenda
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup frozen blueberries, not thawed

Recipe Directions for Banana Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix dry ingredients, then mix in wet ingredients.

  2. Pour into a sprayed 8? square pan.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.

  4. Cut into 6 pieces.

  5. Or bake in 12 muffin tins...20 to 30 minutes until done.

  6. This recipe is my #1 all-time favorite find since starting WW and it took a lot of tweaking to get to this variation ??
