Recipe Ingredients for Banana & Apricot Granola Balls

3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup dried apricot
1/3 cup apple sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey

Recipe Directions for Banana & Apricot Granola Balls

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Chop dried apricots

  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, chopped apricots, apple sauce and vanilla. Mix well, and allow to sit for 15 minutes.

  4. Drop by tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly brown.
