1 large (3-1/4 Apples
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.25 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
0.13 cup Oat Bran

Recipe Directions for Banana Apple Smoothie

  1. If you need some extra flavor, add stevia and/or heat up the milk a bit with some cinnamon.

  2. Too hot? Couple ice cubes will do.

  3. Blend it all in a blender.
