Recipe Ingredients for Banana Apple Raisin Oat Muffins Markus

2 cups oats
6 oz. coconut yogurt
3 eggs
2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup honey
1 tb vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 tsp bakin soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup Raisins
1/2 cup craisins
2 cups apple, chopped
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Cloves

Recipe Directions for Banana Apple Raisin Oat Muffins Markus

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Spray muffin pan.

  3. Combine oats and milk, yogurt and applesauce in a small bowl, let stand.

  4. Sift together the flours and all dry ingredients.

  5. Mix together the egg, sugar, and vanilla.

  6. Mix the oats and milk mixture into the egg mixture.

  7. Fold in the dry ingredients.

  8. Fold in raisins and other fruit and seeds.

  9. Transfer into prepared pan.

  10. Bake 15 to 20 minutes for muffin tin.

  11. Take out, ENJOY
