A sugar free banana and apple oatmeal muffin.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana & Apple Oatmeal Muffin

1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 egg whites
1/4 cup Skim Milk
160 g apple juice, unsweetend
3 serving 1 medium banana

Recipe Directions for Banana & Apple Oatmeal Muffin

  1. Combine, well all the dry ingredients in a large ball.

  2. In a second ball mix mashed bananas, egg whites, milk and apple juice.

  3. Now tip the wet ingredients into the ball of dry ingredients mix well untill thourghly combined.

  4. Spray muffin pan with spray oil and fill each cup 2/3 full.

  5. Bake at 200c for 15-18mins or untill muffin springs back if pressed gently with the back of a spoon.
