8 tablespoon (Smart Balance) Smart Balance 37% Light Buttery Spread
49 teaspoons Splenda No Calorie
1/2 cup Better'n Eggs
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup bread flour
1/4 cup barley flour
2 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup apples, peeled and chopped
3 bananas, medium

Recipe Directions for Banana-Apple Bread

  1. Cream butter and sugar substitute

  2. add egg substitute and mix well

  3. add flour and baking powder

  4. fold in bananas and apples

  5. bake for 65-70 minutes in 350 degree oven

  6. cool 10 minutes

  7. then cool completely on wire rack
