Recipe Ingredients for Banana - Almond Butter Oatmeal Bars

1 1/2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups water
3 tbls almonds
3 bananas
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana - Almond Butter Oatmeal Bars

  1. Boil water, combine with oats. Cook until thick. Set aside to cool

  2. Mash bananas, mix with almond butter(I make my own without oil).

  3. Add cinnamon. Combine oatmeal and banana mixture together.

  4. Spray baking pan with cooking oil. I prefer 6.5 x 9" stoneware pan.

  5. Bake @ 350 for 30-25 minutes. Texture should be chewy.

  6. Cut into 3 sections.
