Recipe Ingredients for Banan Oat Bar

2 c rolled oats
2 banana
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c dry apricot
1/2 c chopped walnuts
3 T flax seeds
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for Banan Oat Bar

Just mix everything together and bake at 350 ,in a 9 inch square pan or 10 inch round, for about one half hour.
