Recipe Ingredients for Banan Nut Muffins

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 tbsp Blue Agave
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
3/4 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
1 tbsp Organic Raw Mesquite Powder
0.33 cup All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 1/2 medium banana Organic Bananas
0.33 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
3 tbsp No Lactose 37% Light Buttery Spread
1 serving plant fusion protein vanilla bean

Recipe Directions for Banan Nut Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray regular size muffin pan with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, blend the dry ingredients, including the oatmeal and chopped nuts. ll. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas, add egg whites and milk and blend thoroughly. Melt the Smart Balance, then add to banana mixture. Divide evenly into muffin cups. Sprinkle additional flax meal/oatmeal on top of batter. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
