1 serving Bamboo Shoots
4 medium raw Carrots
8 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Radishes
6 tbsp chopped Shallots
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
4 tsp Ginger Root
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
0.5 cup Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
0.25 tbsp Minced Garlic
