Balti Chicken Cheap Recipe With An Unusual Taste. I love the sauce in this recipe - it has an exquisite taste. 

Recipe Ingredients for Balti Chicken

4 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/3 teaspoon chili sauce (more if your kids will eat hot food)
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoons coconut
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoons Ground Coriander
1 pound chicken thighs

Recipe Directions for Balti Chicken

  1. Mix the first eleven ingredients together.  Slice the chicken thinly and marinate in the sauce for one hour.

  2. Heat oil in your wok and tip in the chicken and the marinade sauce.  Cook gently and serve with your favorite Chinese stir fry vegetables and rice noodles.

  6. This is also delicious using other meats such as lean, stir fry beef or lamb.  If you use a meat that needs a longer cooking time then you will need to increase the amount of water used in the recipe.
