Balsamic vinegar with crushed garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Balsamic vinegar - no sugar

1 clove Garlic
2.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 Teaspoon Mustard
2 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
4 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Balsamic vinegar - no sugar

Using a mortar and pestly, crush garlic into salt and pepper until smooth paste. Smooth in dry mustard. Mix in balsamic vinegar. Add olive oil and mix well. Pour over salad leaves.
