Chicken breasts marinated in balsamic vinegar and cooked with garlic, onions, green onions, and mushrooms.

Recipe Ingredients for Balsamic Vinegar Chicken

4 chicken breast
2 cup balsamic vinegar
4 green onions
6 garlic cloves
1/2 cup diced white onion
4 tbsp black pepper
2 cups diced mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Balsamic Vinegar Chicken

  1. Coat large skillet with olive oil spray. Bring to medium heat.

  2. Add diced onions, green onions, and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Place chicken in skillet and cook until white all the way through. Bring to low heat.

  4. Add Balsamic Vinegar and coat chicken thoroughly. When sauce is hot, remove skillet from heat.

  5. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
