Recipe Ingredients for Balsamic Shrimp

0.3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 fl oz Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
4 clove Garlic
3 medium raw Plum Tomato
14 oz Cooked Shrimp
1.5 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
1 serving Whole Fennel Seeds
1 serving Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Balsamic Shrimp

Heat oil and add onion, bell peppers and fennel. Cook 6-8 minutes. Add garlic. Cook until fragrant. Add tomatoes, salt, red pepper flakes, cook, stirring frequently. Add shrimp. Serve drizzled with vinegar.
