Oven Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Vinegar

Recipe Ingredients for Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

2 pounds pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon thyme

Recipe Directions for Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degree. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

  2. Trim tenderloins and place on cookie sheet. Coat tenderloins with oil, vinegar, garlic, and spices.

  3. Roast in hot oven for 20 minutes.

  4. Let meat rest, slice, and serve.
