Recipe Ingredients for balsamic pork loin

3.21 lbs pork loin
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp rosemary
3 tbsp minced Garlic
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 salt
1 pepper
4 cups red potatoes
2 serving Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for balsamic pork loin

  1. chop potatoes first

  2. heat olive oil in skillet over med-high heat

  3. rub 1 tbsp rosemary, 2 tbsp garlic, and salt and pepper over pork loin

  4. brown loin in skillet on all sides

  5. heat over to 400 degrees

  6. place loin in greased baking dish and add remaining ingredients in skillet

  7. reduce heat to med/low add potatoes to coat and cook for several minutes

  8. with slotted spoon place potatoes around pork loin and cover loin with sauce from skillet

  9. bake for approximately 30-40 minutes until desired doneness ( center slightly pink preserves the flavor)
