Yummy pork chops in balsamic sauce with mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Balsamic Pork Chops with Mushrooms

2 tbsp olive oil
4 pork chops, center cut and boneless
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp rosemary, dried
1 tbsp butter
8 oz mushrooms, sliced

Recipe Directions for Balsamic Pork Chops with Mushrooms

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400

  2. Heat oil in oven proof pan over medium-high heat

  3. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper to taste

  4. Brown pork chops 3 minutes per side

  5. Add vinegar, rosemary, and soy sauce to pan, bake 15 minutes

  6. Remove chops and sauce to bowl, keep warm

  7. Add butter and mushrooms to skillet, cook for about 2 minutes

  8. Plate with mushrooms on chops, and spoon sauce over both. Serve with potatoes or whatever veggies you wish.
