4 cup Cauliflower
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar
1 oz Parmesan
2 tsp Marjoram, Dried

Recipe Directions for Balsamic parmesan cauliflower

Preheat oven to 450. toss olive oil, cauliflower, marjoram and salt and pepper in a large bowl. spread on a baking sheet and roast 15 to 20 minutes. remove from oven add balsamic vinegar and toss with parmesan. put back in oven for 10 minutes or until all moisture evaporated.
