Balsamic marinated pork loin & grilled peaches

Recipe Ingredients for Balsamic marinated pork loin & grilled peaches

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbls honey
1 tbls fresh rosemary
16 oz. pork loin
1 pepper to taste
4 peaches
1 fresh thyme for garnish

Recipe Directions for Balsamic marinated pork loin & grilled peaches

  1. in small bowl mix ingredients reserve 2 tbls and add the rest to a 1 gal. zip lock bag. Add 4 pork loin pieces and marinate for 1 hr.

  2. preheat grill to high remove pork and put on grill

  3. turning once till pork is opaque throughout and feels firm to the touch.

  4. in meantime cook peaches in broiler or on grill using reserved marinate 3 to 5 minutes
