Recipe Ingredients for Balsamic Glazed Salmon

2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp oregano
6 oz. salmon
2 tsp. dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Balsamic Glazed Salmon

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit

  2. * can substitute white wine for red wine vinegar

  3. In a small saucepan, heat garlic until soft and mix with dijon, balsamic and red wine vinegar and honey, mix well.

  4. place salmon in a non-stick baking pan and brush with heated balsamic mixture

  5. sprinkle salmon with oregano and cook in oven for 10 to 14 minutes.
