1 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

  1. brown tenderloin in a skillet on high

  2. remove pork from pan, add balsamic vinegar & brown sugar to create a glaze

  3. return pork to pan and turn to coat in glaze

  4. place in baking dish & cook for at least 25 minutes in 425 degree oven
